Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for Momorizer, the Bible memorization app published by Momorizer Industries LLC.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to hello@momorizer.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Send the email from, or include in the message, the email address associated with your Momorizer account, so we can verify the request and locate your account.
We will confirm your request and permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we permanently delete:

Account information (email address, username, sign-in credentials)
Progress data (memorized verses, goals, completion status)
App settings and preferences associated with your account

What Data Is Kept

Aggregated or anonymized usage analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained to help us improve the app. No personally identifiable information is kept after deletion.

Retention Period

Account deletion requests are completed within 30 days of verification. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days of deletion.
